Stevia for sure....all natural

i have used a custom post workout mix for quite some time, tastes awesome and no bloat

30% micellar casein
30% whey isolate
40% waxy maize
*stevia
*premium banana flavor

60-90grams post workout with cold water

if you don't mind artificial sweeteners then for flavor choose  premium flavors , they are sweetened with acesulfame k and splenda

if you want stevia then choose natural premium flavors  , they are sweetened with stevia  , don't choose natural premium orange it don't taste good

and 3 option is regular free flavors , choose one you want then choose sweetener you want

my first option , if we talk about taste , are premium flavors

premium banana is sweetened with acesulfame k and splenda  , if you put premium banana as flavor and choose stevia as sweetener they wont add stevia ,  so if you want stevia as sweetener choose natural premium banana , its a good flavor , not good as premium , but one of the best natural premium flavors

I ordered from them the first day they opened up about 6 or 7 years ago (Can't remember).  Product was excellent and fresh and their prices at the time were better than Protein Factory

Posted before but the broths are very good. Tastes better than the broth from the super market IMO. Protein broth+rice+vegetables=good snack.

hahah yes at last!!!!! I'm ordering some!!!!!

True Protein is proud to announce the release of the long-awaited protein soup broth line which has finally been completed after months of development! This material is unlike any other product currently on the market, and each of the four new flavors serve as delicious stand alone broths or can be combined with any other ingredients for a complete wholefood meal replacement.

The products contain 26g of protein, less than 2g of carbs, and close to 0g of fat per serving, making them one of the most protein-rich broths available.

The soup broth blends are available in 20 serving containers in the following four flavors:
Roasted Chicken Broth
Lean Beef Broth
French Onion Broth
Southwest Black Bean Broth

These broths are entirely unique on the market, and can be purchased at an unbeatably low price: Protein Soup BrothsAs Low As: $17.05 / 20 serving unit We want everyone to have the opportunity to try these awesome new products first hand, so we are jump starting them with another big promotion: Promo Code: SOUPS

Go to www.allthewhey.com you cannot make your own formulations like the other 2 but they offer enough options where you can prob find what you want. Great flavors...Isolate mixes quite well with spoon or shaker bottle

Based on taste I would say the beef. If I were just going to buy one tub though, I would say chicken. It mixes better with other soups and even things you would be using chicken stock for (I guess you could say the same for the onion?). Tried the onion too. Its good but I prefer the chicken. Yet to try the bean.

X2.

I put 2 1/2 scoops (~65g protein), 16oz of water, add 1 cup of cooked rice and blend it to oblivion.

My lunch everyday for the past 2 weeks.
