I'm an early bird....somewhere between night owl and early riser- like PR, not by choice but my job requires it.

I'm up as early as 2:30am, and in bed at 8pm. Other times, like this week, I'm in bed around 9pm and up no later than 4am.

im a night owl but i also love to get up early.. guess thats why if i go to bed at 3 and wake up at 9 i consider that sleeping in.

A bit of both. Sometimes i got to bed late, get up late(ish), other times i got to bed early and get up early. I like aspects of both.

always depends on employment, right now i can afford to be a little of both, stay up watching adult swim to around 12-1 in the morning, sleep a good rem cycle about 3-4 hours wake up at 3 or 4 am, wake up workout, go back to sleep around 1-2 pm and wake up at 5-6 pm
