um for certain parts, i have a different structure. I have hyperflexible ligaments so my biceps lack shape but the outer heads of my tris are big. I had winged scapula as a kid not due to musculature imbalance, so my chest has a ton of fibers in it. My upper chest is bigger then my lower.

Im about 230-240 at 5 10" heres a pic

Your biceps look fairly long, you dont have the elbow flexed completely either. Big arms either way.

High praise coming from a legend. Cheers bro, but I'm caught up in a lot of stuff at the moment and I'm not even lifting much now, let alone think about a contest. You should enter and clean up, like you would have the last two times if you'd competed.

And yeah, a lot of the people here say "Sweet as", "no worries" etc - kinda like saying "10-4" or "cool" or "roger that" or whatever.

You have to have biceps muscles in the first place in order to have long biceps.
