Can we start a fund to get my chest fixed?
« on: May 21, 2009, 09:26:23 PM »
The surgeon said it's loose skin and not gyno (fat)... I would need a breast lift to correct it.

Just get jacked again.  You'll fill that skin right back out.

naw, it's always been an issue.  If my chest is pumped up it looks good, or if I just press with my hand against my chest the skin will tighten up temporarily.

ah gotcha.  When you get to a lower body fat, does it help make it go away?  I get nipple fat when I'm at 20%.

No.  My chest droops down because of gravity, plus my right pec has excess skin around the nipple.  A breast lift would lift up my chest and tighten the skin.

I actually quit training my chest in hopes that i lose muscle so there will be less gravity pushing it down, but my chest is this way genetically since puberty; i doubt that will help.  The doctor agreed..

You're also behind PowerRod, right?  ??? ??? ??? ??? ???

It's just chest fat man, I get it too when my fat gets around 12-15%  :-\

no i'm not.    I lost 10lbs since that picture was taken and it's still as bad.  I'm at pretty low body fat.  I was hoping liposuction could fix it but 2 doctors said there isn't enough fat to take out.

I know, the docs and their assistants viewed me as crazy.  I know I'm vain.

No I would have to guess and I don't want to guess.  I'm leaner now though.

I'm also not flexing in that pic, so take that into account.

it's not gyno but a little loose skin, plus my chest is big for my sternum so it droops down too much.  I quit training chest.  Hopefully if I loose some muscle there it won't droop down so much, as odd as that may sound.
