The other day I did over 20 beers in one sitting.

Most nights I drink I'll have a doz beer and then a bottle of rum or bourban..... depends tho..... somedays after work when im fucked i can feel slightly pissed after 2 beers.

The liver is a strange organ. I knew a Alcohol Addiction Recovery specialist.....or whatever you want to call it.... explain it to me.

When you first start drinking it it is easy to get drunk fast. Then after a while you begin to build up a tolerance to where you can drink 12 to 20 or so beers and handle it pretty good.

The problem is if you continue to do this for a couple decades you pass your "peak" and the liver deteriorates and is not able to process the alcohol as well.... This is why you will see 30 year nonstop constant hardcore alcoholics who can only drink a 6 pack and get shit faced...they have already fucked their liver up to a point that it doesn't work properly, and they are no different then the 14 year old who is drinking their first bottle of Boones Farm.

true ..i quit drinking but when i ws (i could put away a gallon of remi in a day) it got to the point that my liver enzymes were so fucked i'd get drunk off 3 beers and stay drunk for hours

From regular pisswater beer like Bud, Coors, michleob etc... Not possible. Try some Barleywine(Strong Ale) or Imperial Stout. You'll be feeling like WTF in no time

You're drinking the wrong beer for sure. Beer in the 4% range only gets teenagers and dingdongs tipsy. Try some of the beers from Beeradvocate.com's top list:

Check out the alcholol by volume (ABV) of those beers. They are over twice or more of regular pisswater beers like bud and for the good beers you don't even notice, goes down smooth, great taste and aroma and gives a real nice buz without making you feel nearly as shitty as drinking several pisswater beers.
