Inside sources were suggesting 4 grams test per week

Apparently the make up team had a nightmare trying to cover up all the side effects.

Bacne, Terrible facial acne, that's why he's covered with inches of make up during the movie.

Clumps of hair were falling out during the action scenes apparently.

Rumours going round that he's on dialysis for life as a result.

this is little winstrol since he dotn need heavy lifting,,winstrol for driness with diet for the movie,,very tall very thin,,,got good definition due to low body fat and the winstrol keep the little muscle mass he has ,,tablets he dont inject

NOTHING! Airbrush and Special FX, that's all. Check out set pics, they all look like nothing! Same goes for the 300 guys.

We are not in the 80s anymore where actors indeed had to juice themselves up like Schwarzenegger and Stallone, they simply didn't have the post-production possibilities back then to make a ripped monster on screen out of a skinnyfat actor. Today they have, why would an actor still risk his health?? ::)

I saw the workprint.. he actually had the winnesque physique..

Natural. All he did was lose some bodyfat for the movie. Always had vascularity in arms and shoulder even at higher bodyfat levels. Also not all that lean in the movie. Never shown in clear lighting anywhere except when he is lying on the table and he is not all that low in bodyfat or that high in muscularity in that scene. Otherwise always favorable lighting and in that lighting it was mainly from the neck up with him yelling/flexing causing veins to pop out. Good physique, nothing to suggest steroids.
