Nicotine Q:

Does anyone currently use nicotine as a “supplement” for things like strength performance, lipolysis, mood elevation, etc.?

I’m referring to sources such as patches and gum, i.e. tobacco-less products.

Being a former smoker, I know it can help depress appetite and elevate mood.  There is too much of a downside though.

Even if you are just using nicotine and not tobacco it is still addictive.  Risk vs reward considered I wouldn't go this route.
