whats that man a bite size steak??  i hope theres another one on the way...anyways i was a lard ass today and got 2 double quarter pounders from mcdonalds then two hours later went and lifted and felt fucking horrible...

lol, yeah i think it was a bit bigger than it looks. I cooked 2 so i am going to have the 2nd one soon. double quater pounder = yum

Cheat day today, so after workout, generals chicken with chicken fried rice. Then a pizza from the local haji pizza stand up the road. Then a warmed  chocolate torte with some vanilla bean ice cream and chocolate sauce. I feal like death by the end of the day, but its worth it ;D

yea web that steak does look good.. did you grill it?  what kind of grill propane or charcoal? i would like to exchange grilling techniques...i love to grill...i think i grill like 90% or more of what me and my wife eat....those double quarter pounders were good but man i paid for it afterwards...
