You probably have a few kgs more than me, I'm far away from my best (mass-wise) due to injuries.
I would like to be about 75kg at 6-7%.
This is Dump: What = your best lifts at this weight? (bench, squat, deads, seated shoulderpress (dumbell/barbell), extra weight on pullups ect)
My best lifts are from when I was about 85kg (as far as I can remember):
Bench: 120kg (1RM)
Squat: 170kg (1RM)
Deads: 160kg (few reps)
DB shoulder press: 40kg (few reps)
Smith shoulder press: 87.5kg (few reps)
Dips: 40kg extra weight (8-10 reps)
Wide grip pullups: 25kg extra weight (4 reps)
Narrow grip pullups: 30kg extra weight (8 reps)

Squat: 130kg (6 reps)
Deads: 120kg (8 reps)
DB shoulder press: 34kg (6 reps)
