on a related note, i stuffed myself the last two days and still fit into my size 29's

...and what will actually happen is cuz i "over ate", it will probably act as a "refeed" thus resetting my metabolism thus leading to me being EVER LEANER in a weeks time

btw, wavelength might try and prove this wrong but this is how my body works

I find it awesome that Johnnynoname finally was able to write a post without mentioning something negative about black people..usually he is able to work in somehow.,. :D

I have never been sure as to whether it's such a good thing to down thousands upon thousands of calories day after day after day.....Is it a good idea for your body to be constantly digesting large amounts of calories?.....it's like running your car engine all the time on idle.....it seems like this could wear down your body in some way...especailly if you do this for years and years.....maybe contribute to aging in some way or organs breaking down>?

There are a lot of factors to consider.. and there are many many more..

*Metabolism
*Volume of the stomach ofcourse
*Pancreatic enzymes (the breakdown-rate of macromolecules to micromolecules e.g glycerides, amino acids, glucose)
*Motility of food/molecules in the intestines
*Hormones/peptide hormones
*The mass of micronutrients the body can store = rate of absorbtion
(e.g glucose --> glycogen; fatty acids --> adipocytes (cells which store FA) protein --> build-up of new tissue(s) and new enzymes)

This is just some basics..

As with everything else in BB - it's about genetics.

I don't count calories = gay
Me = all drugs = "good russian all drug"-genetics.
