Soft looking arms,lacking in quad seperation,no striations anywhere,and hams and glutes are weeks out conditioningwise........ .....a worthy winner!! :)

Its a attitude toward contest based on judging criteria.
In Europe, the condition is the most important thing more than shape and mass.

This is an IFBB-spain national show held in 1 week ago.

And that's a shame, why focus on one, unless you lack the others? It should be: Conditioning, Shape, and Mass. All three.
