 Those optomix shoes, floppy sox, and unitards.....? yet for a fleeting slice of time in a magically disfunctional bohemian beach communtiy,,,it all made so much sense.

in the one Frank Zane attributes the range of motion on the pec deck they are employing in their workout for the physiques of contemporary bodybuilders. :-X :-X
