When and where did he bash it? On the MD video I saw he said he wanted to try something different.  ::)

Steve Blechmanovich had him trashing it in his column, on the video, on md.com, and at shows to people.

an effort to smear palumbo and to hurt his low-carb dieting business.

But it's Palumbo's bread and butter - and Blechomo worked hard to dismantle that out of vengence by using his mag and website to bash keto - only AFTER palumbo left.

gotta run, i have a radio show to run - more on this shortly ;)

Are saying Centopani's being Blechman's bottom bitch? This is gonna play out real nicely if true...You can't have a bodybuilder bad mouthing or being the mouthpiece of magazine and used to badmouth others. Do you see Phil, Jay, Dex doing that for Flex Magazine and AMI company? Most of the top bbers don't badmouth others, whether they be gurus (unless it was Shawn vs. Chad) or other bodybuilders.

And what if Cent doesn't do well after this, will he blame his initial use of Palumbo's methods, or will he blame himself...

And for the record, Cent's arms are good, but some of the best in bbing? Not even close to being in Phil Heath's, Darrem Charles, Kai's, Dex's, nor even Roelly Winklaar who is not even a pro yet. And those are just a few of the current top pros

Anybody's face looks weird when grimacing, he actually looks like the older brother on "Supernatural", now please stop this non-sense before I question which team you bat for, women are the ones who decide who is handsome or not, not dudes.

Any person, male or female gay or straight, can see that Richard Jones is a very handsome man.

fuck Blechman that fucking greedy Jew bottom twink...i  hate muscular development with every ounce of my being.  the only thing more unadmirable then not being "hardcore" (flex magazine), is pretending to be "hardcore" when you are not (muscular development).  at least flex admits it, their stance seems to be "yes we recognize there are aspects of bodybuilding (steroids) that we appear to gloss over:  but it is our choice to focus on the more positive aspects of the sport, in light of this we will provide you with the best nutritional advice. training articles, and photo spreads of any magazine in the industry"....on the other there is muscular development, with their ridiculous esoteric research articles that one has to be a PhD in biochem to truly follow...their definition of "hardcore" is some longwinded peer reviewed journal article on some anomolous topic like "low testosterone in burn patients", or "myostatin inhibitor genes in inbred mouse populations", the fact of the matter is none of the bodybuilders in the magazine tell the truth even remotely on the drugs they use (yeah lee, i know you won the ironman using 400mgs of deca and two winny tabs/week) or the culture in general.  a research article or two dealing with steroids or HRT is supposed to make you hardcore, none of your signed athletes breach the truth....ever.  lets not forget what a user the guy is, how many times, when i used to pickup the magazine off the rack, would you see some new pro, talented upstart amature, or famous veteran with a "NEW COLUM", due to the fact that there has been some buzz surrounding them in the previous months....only to see that column inexplicably disappear 2 months down the road..we are on to you, you dirty little schmoe. :) :) :)
