This is the match Mick wrote about in his autobiography. He described how Dynamite Kid potatoed him with a clothesline and dislocated his jaw, thus necessitating a wired jaw and liquid diet for several days.

FF to about 4:20 to witness said potato:

It may not have looked that bad, but having taken a couple of high clotheslines (to the chin) myself, I can attest they don’t tickle. Add someone who connects solidly with everything like Dyno, and you’d be eating soup and Slim Fast, too.

Say what you want but the Brithish Bulldogs are the second best tag-team of all time. Only the Road Warriors can claim to have a better career.

According to Mick Foley's book, he stated that Dynamite Kid was so stiff with that clothesline he took in the above video that he couldn't eat solid food for 2 whole days.

I think you would have to literally kill Foley to stop him finishing a match.

Few wrestlers would give their life for the show. Foley is #1 on the list. The guy lives for the happiness of the fans. Thank you for your sacrifice Mick.

Agreed. I remeber watching Wrestling with Shadows afew years back and seeing Foley as Mankind fight the Rock for the WWE title at the Royal Rumble. The rock hit him at least times in a row shots to the head. After the match they show Foley back stage getting stitched up and all he said was " I just hope the fans got their money's worth".

strange seeing the bulldogs come down to the ring without music..

great snap suplex by dynamite and fantastic back suplex off the top at the end..

also, davey's powerslams were great.

At the risk of sounding “mark-ish,” this match is nothing.
They could have decent matches with jabroni’s, but with better opponents they were fantastic.

Search for some of their matches from NJPW and AJPW.
They also had some solid matches with Demolition and the Hart Foundation later on in the Fed.
