Patriotism is defined as love of and/or devotion to one's country

We live in dangerous times getbiggers. We have to look out for each other and our international allies.
I am sick of seeing traitors shit talk our brothers and sisters who rish their lives daily for our nations freedom.
Who here wears their heart of their sleeve and is behind this great nation 100%?

I am not patriotic at all. I dont love the counrty i was born in just because i was born there. I love it for other reasons.

If i was born in iraq no doubt id be a proud iraqi

a slogan like "love it or leave it" is banned, too racist.

So in France it's better to be "tolerant", i.e loving muslim, supporting black and arab revendication against France, to tolerate strange custom from africa (polygamy, beating your wife...)

I'm not intimately familiar with this situation, but I thought that Sarkozy (sp?) was reversing this trend somewhat.

a symbol of treason? The states joined the union willingly and independently so in theory they could withdraw from the union the same way. Each state sent their delegates to sign the constitution because each state was seen as a separate, independent country.
