I generally think they are a distraction.

Usually my gym (a university one) is filled with the foulest, most unattractive women you could imagine so this isn't an issuse but yesterday I was on the cycle and this one chick with an amazing body was there and I felt like my mind was wandering. Maybe because all the other chicks are so foul...

So are hot chicks in a gym a good or bad thing?

when i was training seriuosly yes,,,, our gym is segregated anyway, but for cardio days, cant think of anything better than perving to break the monotomy of cardio

Strategic placement in the cardio room is key, to be right back of a smokin ass on the elliptical is preferable.

They can be good motivators, but they don't get more than a passing glance from me until the workout is over.

I basically plan all of my workouts around when the hot girls are going to be there-I can't believe you guys don't. In fact, I will actually get a membership at the gym with the hottest girls over the one with the best equipment-assuming the other isn't piss poor or anything.

Only one hot girl at my gym...pretty crazy, only seen her maybe 5 times there.
