I hope it made improvements in my physique, it was a hard journey learning all the gear and reworking my lifts. At this point I can see a difference in my chest and rear delts, as I diet down I am sure more changes will appear. It will be nice to be a bit thicker and if I added a bit of sweep to my quads and width to my back I should be good...
elite...I love competing, always have so really I lift for me as well. It isn't about the judges, it is about being good/great at something. You don't have to agree with why I lift or compete, it is just who I am.
