Fuck dude, you go to the right school or move to the right area and you see a good combo of both.  Generally a nice ass is part of a nice body but I do like some big titties because you can always have your gf squat and build a thicker ass.  If it's one thing I've seen lately is that there is no shortage of women with rapidly expanding lower bodies.
