I've never been to Tokyo but from what I hear it isn't too different from Seoul which=not so good for me.

Asia cities will never make the list because Tokyo for example isn't nice to live in if you aren't fluent in Japanese.

Compared to any other city in Japan, Tokyo is probably the best place to live if you don't speak Japanese. I can't imagine living there though, too many people, expensive and cramped as fuck. I guess if you like living in a zoo it's cool though. Great public transportation system.

I don't think Vienna is that great at all. Way too much Gsindl and Sauproleten for my taste. But maybe all the other cities are even worse, who knows.
