Because of my criminal conviction on Tuesday I was sacked from the fire service (I fully expected this)
So now I can use gear again and go back serious into Bodybuilding (although ive been training very hard to maintain what I have)
19 months off the gear and im going back on tomoro
I will use this thread to track my progress using a daily diary of my gear,training and nutrition
My Diet:
7am 2whey,4toast w/peanut butter
7:45am 50g waxymaize,5g creatine then GYM
9am 50g waxymaize,5g creatine,leucine and 6 bcaa
10am Up your mass gainer,3spoons honey,2chicken breasts in pitta bread
12o clock 2chicken breasts,cup brown rice,banana
2pm Up your mass gainer,4rice cakes,2chicken burgers (maybe burger king ones since im near there then)
5pm 2chicken,2baked potatoes,flax oil,yoghurt
7pm steak,broccoli,brown rice
9:30pm Up your mass gainer,1/2 cup cottage cheese
