Sid appears to be wincing in pain with each rep. I'd wager that his shoulders (and probably many other parts of his body) are wrecked.

On a side note, what the hell is that thing on the midget's head? Did he plant some of his corn crop up there? Or did he perhaps sew or staple a dead raccoon to his skull?
