No I said I needed to get some carbohydrates in and ease up on the cardio as I got way too depleted. It was nessesary because I'm competing in the NGA and the judges like the competitors lean and shredded over big and full. Part of training for an event is knowing what's expected in the competition. I've also had to train my obliques especially hard since during pre-judging they call for a side abdominal pose.
