No there is no effect on your bones that you would hear a sound or feel pain from test or tren.

What has effected your bones is the big injury you suffered.  They may never be the same, the pain is probally you pushing the comprimised area harder than you have yet.  I would make sure you are still properly healed and try to slowly increase the load on the area.  Are the plates still in there?

You would be smart to first do lots of leg work on the recumbant bike, treadmill, and eliptical machine to strengthen your legs as much as possible without weights.  I had knee surgery a couple of years ago and my knee still clicks sometimes.  I took far longer than the doctor recommended to rehab my knee before I started using heavy weights.

it could be because of steroids.. coz at tht point of time i was very young.. and according to my surgeon theres no way a young kid to have a multiple fracture like what i had.. both my tibia and fibula crushed in to 7 parts.. been like 4-5 yrs now.. those plates are still in my legs.. and the doc adviced me not to remove it as its an extra support. these days when therez so much of pain i started to feel its just coz of roid why i had these injury... i think its time for me to get an xray done on my legs or bone density test?
