and if not how close are you?

Myself I am about 10-15 pounds of fat away from lowering my bodyfat to where i'd find it ideal and about 10-15 pounds of muscle from where i'd find it ideal. Basically i want to be 6' 185 pounds with very good abs. That is ideal for me.

As for shape i am quite happy with my shape, but would like to bring up my chest some, but not that concerned.

If you are in your ideal shape then we are going to need to see some pics. I look forward to a quick johnnynoname response and pic.

I am about 5-10 pounds of bodyweight away I think. 184 and around 10 -11% body fat at 5 9 . I have been eating really perfect for the last 3 days but I can never stick with it . Shape wise I am right there ,just need a little improvment in the upper mid back area. The difference in 10 -11% bf and 5-7 % bf is huge .

Definitely true on the bodyfat part, but i find as i am getting thinner and seeing my veins start to come out in the gym it gets me motivated.

yea if you can make it a couple weeks and see results on a diet it helps. The key for me is staying full . If i am ever hungry I will pull over and get some junk food and just kill my diet . Then after that is just snowballs back to the start of the diet.

I'm probably as big as I would like to be. I've finally been able to acheive some good vascularity in my arms, forearms and in my chest, but I still would like to get the stomach cut up. I've been really trying to focus on doing ab work lately, which I have neglected for a quite a while in lieu of more basic compound exercises.

Apart from the occasional bag of Peanut M&Ms I have pretty much cut ALOT of sugar out of my diet.....it's just all that damn beer when I get together with friends

Yeah 4 days of binge drinking and eating over memorial day weekend didn't help. But i am back on track now. June should set my mind right.

but recently I have achieved a few goals in lifts and in the physique yes... but still lots to go in terms of my "ideal"

I've never seen your physique, so I can't comment at it.

But AXA I actually do think he has alright face genetics - congrats. Personally I think you'd look better with hair. But whatever brings the women man!
