you can tell mike's natural knowledge and experience with hand to hand combat kicked in on this one.

at :34 that reporter was like "I'm actually getting some good stuff here, so let me sit my a$$ down!" lol

With the exception of the loss of his child last week (RIP), I would say mike is probably enjoying himself and life slightly better than his younger days. Seems humble about things from what I've seen of him on talk shows..etc lately.

Mike Tyson is a notorious fight fan, plus he's supposedly got an encyclopedic knowledge of boxing dating back to the bareknuckle days.

His documentary in theaters now is a must watch for anyone who has taken an interest in his career. He's a very intersting guy, not book smart or advanced emotionally- but really sharp when it comes to understanding fighting and the past mistakes he made in his life.

that's good enough in my book. That is the key to life....walking through the open windows in life (opportunities) understanding what that window had to offer = learning.

understanding this and holding one self to never making the same mistake twice = a very knowledgeable human when it relates to "Life" with the big L.

funny thing about mike..he has a very nice vocabulary for a non scholar and uses it quit well on occasion ....not all the time but most of the time.

I've heard that about him also. I honestly feel mike will make a greater impression in this life than his "baddest man on the planet" life he lived as a youth.

we've all had young lifestyles..not as lavish as his that we look back on and say "what the hell was I thinking" ......we all turned out to be   decent human beings now...I feel he'll do the same. I wish him well. Dude put in some serious work in his younger days like no one ever before and dealt with alot knowing absolutely nothing.

deep down i think tyson is a decent guy, but the company he kept and the bad financial choices he made messed up his mind worst then it was. id like to see him straiten out his life and be a great role model to younger athletes and kids in general so they dont fall into the same downfalls he did

i cant believe mike knew that there was pankration thousands of years ago.

i think ufc should pick him up as a commentator. he has knowledge leaps and bounds than any other commentators and most fighters.

If it wasn't for that horrible lisp and Minie Mouse voice, he would be an awesome commentator.
