Of course when you have someone that feels gratification by being used in a completely carnal fashion, it creates a more psychological appeal. The penis is simply a nuisance at that point, and most likely the trade-off for this type of person.

At least this is my guess/observation.

This is not the case. Most women genuinely get off on sexual objectification in one form or another (during sex, not 24 hours a day).

I have heard from a doctor that a men who get fake vaginas to become women, you can't tell the difference. Women who want to become men, that is a complete different story.

I haven't. I assumed as they have been doing this surgery for such a long time they had it pretty much sorted.

These pics are taken from the right angles, retouched, etc. I've only seen a handfull of transexuals irl and it is plain and clear that they are not genetic females. The thought of what some surgeon may have constructed for them is really gross.

I have seen quite a few, and some trannies and male to female transexuals are really difficult to spot.

I can't imagine wanting to change my sex, but obviously some people do.

It is possible to have a female brain in a male body and vice versa, as there are differences that are related to the hormones the foetus is exposed to in utero.
