Found this product real cheap, so bought a bottle....dont even notice any energy pickup after taking, unlike other products where you feel more amped.Maybe why so cheap.

yeah 5 hour energy is worthless to me but the extra strength one seemed to do it job but they claim you dont crash which is true bc there is nothing to crash from...meaning no energy no crash
