Maybe not great for bodybuilders, but damn cool for normal people who want good core/balance/flexibility in their joints and general health shit like that.
Incredible ability, granted. Just don't see the practicality though. The intro of the Swiss ball was a great addition to the gym, but some people just take it too far (love the squatting box-squat style on the ball too).
risk of injury far outweighs the advantages of that stupid shit.i'd rather do 135 for 5 on the ground than 115 for 3 while "balancing".
