Funny story

I recently saw a pic of who Adriana Lima is dating and remembered a funny episode.

February 2004 . I'm in Detroit and have a buddy MK...serbian dude..cool cat

His brother, Zeljko Rebraca played center for the Pistons at the time



This was cool as we got seats courtside quite often

free also  ;D

well, he bought a BMW X5 for his agent and asked MK to drive it to LA where his agent lived ( Palos Verdes to be exact)

So me and MK took turns in driving the beemer to Cali cross country

We got to Palos Verdes and his agent also represented Marko Jaric, who was dating some Baywatch babe at the time.

Since we were both the same age we got to hang out at night driving around  ( he just bought a new 500 SL )

we went to Hermosa Beach, skybar and later to that rodeo place on Sunset. And some private party in Hollywood w/ lots of hot babes  ;D

I did not get any punani that night but a hot brunette asked me to take my shirt off to see my muscles so I felt like I did get laid lol



Marko was making about 2.4 million a year at the time playing for the Clippers and was a major hit with the ladies

His diet was absolute crap for a professional athlete and we talked about helping him straighten it out ... but we didn't keep in touch

I went to school at first studying automotive design, then I got back to laying tennis which I alternated with teaching at private clubs, after that I workedt Morgan Stanley as a financial advisor and got back into bodybuilding, and last 2 years I worked in advertising. I spent almost 10 years there

cool story Sev, but where is the funny part?

any white guy over 6'6" should be able to make some decent money playing basketball, there are tons of leagues available. I remember Zeljko with the pistons, is he still in the league? also what is the exchange rate in Romania, I am sure that he is set for life.


side story, I have a cousin that is about 6'6" and every club that he goes to girls assume that is he an NBA player, he usually lies and says that he plays for the Sacramento Kings or some other not so popular team. He is guaranteed groupie love, there are tons of girls eager to get it on with a sports player that they will fall for any story.

lol..tall people FTW..   :( I am short/average only 5'10"

I played on the tour and tought tennis to sup-port my playing habbit

I did work at Morgan Stanley as a financial advisor

not everyone is dumb unathletic and/or limited u know ;)

It's actually quite easy to become a "financial advisor" most of them know the same or less than the avg person.  Very few actually good fin advisors.  Pretty much just glorified salesmen.
