The day after you put 3ccs in your delt you're playing with your girlfriend and she punches you in the delt that you injected in, it hurts like hell and all you can do is act like everything is ok when you really want to scream FUUUUUUCK! at the top of your lungs.  That happened to me last night, my girlfeind knows that I use gear but I never tell her when and where I inject.

If i am not mistaken, according to nursing standards no more the 1cc should be put in per delt.... maybe 2 but a muscle of that size cannot handle that much. A quad can hold 3 and a glute muscle can hold 3.

hat's 6ccs total, 3ccs per  delt, me and her like to wrestle around before sex and she uses gear as well that's why I don't have to hide it from her.

3cc is too much for a quad shot, glutes are probably best for that amount, 1cc for delts is standard.

you have to be stupid to inject 3cc in delt. You better put less and rotate spot. Do 1cc in each delt and 1cc in each pecs.

Rotate as much as u can but if you put 3cc in delt you can have some serious issue.

I think you can put 3cc in glute but I won't do it.

ah ok i don't do water base at all really so I didn't know he was doing that.  But yeah even 2cc sometimes i get some leakage from delts if I hit the wrong spot, but it never hurts afterwards.  I swear my quads cause hold 4cc though if I tried lol, never get even blood after withdraw from them.
