After a long wait since his first DVD "The Gift", Heath's sequel, "The Gift Unwrapped" finally just came out.
This DVD follows Phil everywhere, see what it is like in the day of Phil, visit his sponsors, friends at a local biz around Denver, see hi kick but at Guiter Hero and follow him around at the 2009 Ironman Pro, at the expo, backstage, etc...
The part where he messes around with Dexter is hilarious.
Alot of training is in it as well including some explainations on what is FST-7.
Jay is also in it of course training with Phil and Hany.
It is great for any Phil Heath fan.
Phils website is being updated as we speak so you will be able to order it very soon from "The Gift" himself. Stay tuned and we'll keep you posted.
Oh ya! almost forgot, there will be a Blu-Ray version as well as standard.

Phil has always thought highly of himself. He is delusional at best living in a fantasy land with his taking pictures of cash and posting it on myspace.
