Dex is a pro, but jay may be tough to beat this year - IF he gets real conditioning back.  it's been 3 years since he's been "on" spot.

Jay is guest posing on June 20th here in Rosemead, California at the NPC Junior California.  As for beef, Jay only likes fish.
