They are pure egg whites with no other ingredients added whatsoever.  They don't need to be refrigerated so they can last for much longer than other competitors but if you mix them with a little water, then they can be used just like regular egg whites in terms of cooking and etc. 

The price for them can't be beat even by a grocery store and quality completely destroys other competitors such as Lana's, Eggology, Egg White International, etc.  Rose Acre Farms has been in the egg business for over 125 years so they know how to produce the highest quality product at a very low price.  We're talking Bariatric Grade Protein for patients so there's no comparison for other competitors.  I'll be stocking the 5lb and 2lb containers very soon.
