Haven't you read his blog? He had a kidney transplant a while back. Says he will take it slow, only add about a kg a week. It's an addiction and I can understand him.

I stopped reading it sometime ago, because it just seemed repetitive...
I knew he had bad issues, but i didn't know that he had to get a transplant. Anyone who has been even remotely in that shape wants to stay at least somewhat big. Yes it's an addiction, but i can't really blame him. I knew it was just a matter of time before he will try a comeback, because he said in one interview about a year ago that he never really achieved all that he could of had. I hope now he will, but he propably wont. If he wants to enjoy a second chance on his life, he will take it easy. To get even close to the top EXTREMES are allmost allways MUST.
SAD BUT TRUE...

In any case i hope all the best for him.

He was about 315 lbs when his kidneys gave out, little after that he was about 150 so he "shrunk" over half of his bodyweight in a very short time. Marko is a friend of a friend. I've never met him personally, but everyone is telling me hes a COOL guy and very easy to talk to, also a good sense of humour. I'd estimate that he weighs around 200 lbs in that pic maybe a little more.

Ps. Hes not "spotting" her just checking out her "form"

I think he did that kickboxing match at that weight, if it wasnt' 150 lbs it was pretty close to it.

Pretty much basic stuff, excluding creatine as it can cause misleading blood creatinine levels.
