Re-gaining some muscle mass.. basically natural. He said that once he gets serious those pesky US BBs will pale in comparison  8)

That girl is actually a recent Finnish champ of arm wrestling. She can beat any regular male in arm wrestling.

Meaning his on "drugs" to get back in better health.

He was about 315 lbs when his kidneys gave out, little after that he was about 150 so he "shrunk" over half of his bodyweight in a very short time. Marko is a friend of a friend. I've never met him personally, but everyone is telling me hes a COOL guy and very easy to talk to, also a good sense of humour. I'd estimate that he weighs around 200 lbs in that pic maybe a little more.

Ps. Hes not "spotting" her just checking out her "form" :)

You must know this, but Scandinavians in general have very good genes strength wise and many people i know get really strong really fast once they start training (except this one guy, but his from Somalia ;) ).

BTW. I don't think he'd hit it, because his GF is like hundred times hotter than that babe is. I would bang her and also that arm wrestler chick.

I hope not.
I don't think he got a kidney transplant, but got into a VERY GOOD dialysis and recovery program that has letted his kidneys "heal."
I could be wrong though. In any case he's just a genetic freak and if he keeps his head straight he can get back in REAL shape without compromising his health.
