you can feel it working on single leg press and single leg extension, play around with your foot placement...

im not a genetic freak and when i was natural 180lbs at 15% bf or so they were coming out... its only a matter of whether or not you have developed that muscle...   as i said in a previous post single leg leg press and leg extensions will both hit it very well if you find the right foot position/angle
