Im three weeks into my sus cycle (500wk)with a dBol front load and I've gained 14lbs..I'm hoping its water weights since I feel puffy as hell and my diet has been clean.
Hardest part is eating every 3hrs and having those meals be larger than normal and downing 1.5-2 gal per day
Took measurements before cycle and have gained inches everywhere except abs ..it hasn't budged plus or minus(which is cool i guess)
are you training hard? I get this crazy high when I workout now and end up staying too long (2hrs) lifting..most days super light (3.5mph treadmill for 30 min)
Are you ONLY taking test? How's the diet? Harsh / excessive cardio?
PS - impaired immune systems is a noted effect of overtraining / under resting. You supplementing well? Getting enough sleep? when's the last time you took a FULL week off?

my diet is very good hardy any salt or sugar, only one protein shake per day and 5 solid meals.
im training very hard, i get doms next day so it can be that, i sleep for 9 hours per day, i took a week and a half off 6 weeks ago, i train 4 days per week for maximum of 1 hour. i drink vit c every day with multi vits, my cold has gone now, i checked my eight today and i have gained 3 kg but dont look like i have....
my cardio is walking my dog for 30 minutes, and im only taking test e.
