SHOULD ECA BE CYCLED I.E. 2 WEEKS ON 2 OFF LIKE CLEN, OR IS IT SAFE TO USE IT ALL THE TIME WITH NO BREAKS?

 It depends on who you are and what you can tolerate. In general... 3 weeks on and 1 week off.

 In the morning before breakfast or cardio and right after lunch.
