you ever think that some guys have enough muscle mass that their metabolisms and glycogen capacity are both so high that eating enough carbohydrate from food sources is pretty much impossible to do on a consistent basis? let alone when using high doses of insulin and you you are trying to take in hundreds and hundreds of grams of carbs within an hour or two.

Its hard to believe that WMS could cause stomach problems and no other foods is causing a problem. :-\

Must be some other issue going on with your digestion, but i hear you. I have to pay more for isolate due to it being 100% lactose free compared to whey concentrate which is about 85% so i dont' get any digestion problems or gas issue which happens with regular food. :(

I think "juice" is hardly a supplement. Not so so sofisticated, but much easier to take lots of carbs than with fruits... how can u take 4000kcal with just rice or pasta... not so easy, think about a 260lbs bber... He has a mouth not a vacuum

no it's not a supplement.

This thread is about how idiotic carb supps are, juice is much healthier and has lots of carbs, if you need high GI you can add dextrose to it.

of course it's not, but it's not a  product like nature offers you, it's already manufacturated. It's much healthier... not so easy, think about fructose and resting insuline, and fructose goes first to the liver, so not a very nice choice after training if what u want is to load muscle glycogen. Glucose goes straight from blood to muscle, fructose has to go first to the liver (that's why is low GI). Why healthier? vitamins? I agree its healthy about alcaline blood efect, but "healthier?"

Don't forget about polyphenols and other stuff.

very good for you, and you are not going to tell me that some Juice is NOT healthier than Vitargo or Waxymaize??

I agree on the fructose though, but in that case normal maltodextrin or dextrose is just fine, no need to spend money on carb supplements.

once again, I think dextrose or maltodextrine is a supplement, like whey protein without flavour, just pure whey. My point is that, a bb physic is not easy to keep, so I understand they use powders in spite of food and food all time.

About Juice, some is healthy, lot is a nice corridor to wc ;)
Also depends on what fruit, orange is so different to banana... (last one only has glycose, so great choice if u don't want fructose).
My question is, do u think powders (carbs or proteins) aren't useful for bber goals?

we all know your freaking eating skill XD. U can eat 800g of protein a day, it's major league friend hahaha. It's possible, but powders sometimes makes it easier, also about people who work or study or both and they can't say "ey manager wait a moment that I have to eat my rice and tuna" ;)

ANother excuse for a hardgainer.
Advanced bbers have tendency of avoiding processed food.
Think about it ,the protein powder is the most processed protein form.

In your case, just you dont have pair of balls of eating good 300g of chicken breast as a break fast since you are a Spanish who eat biscuit and milk for your breakfast.
Ok ok. Maybe you dont eat biscuit, But you are not enough tough to eat huge break fast like real man.
8 hours work? Think about it,
You eat 6am 300g of chicken breast.
right before you enter 8am,you eat 10 egg white at 7:45mins.
MAybe,in any job, they give you a 10mins coffee break, its enough to eat 300g of tuna.
And 2pm(Spanish people eat lunch at this time),you eat another 300g tuna.
You have already eaten 900g meats and 10 eggs here.

Always excusing.
As you PM me, you can visit us any time and Paco will beat you up your mind quite straight.

Well u should know I don't eat ANY processed food, and I only eat vegetables, no egg no milk no meat. Only vegetables, plain rice, lentils, soya... And all this in its natural form, not even that "rice cakes" or not even pasta. No "white" rice, no bread... What do u think now? And of course I can eat 1kg of rice per day and another kg of lentils, it gives me 300gr of protein, but I don't eat so much because I don't wanna be 80kg, I wanna be 60, u know my goal is Bruce Lee, not Ronnie, but also u know I respect both goals so much.

I just said... maybe for some people it's easier.

One question, I undestod u ate 800g of protein!!! no 1000g of tuna, it's "easy", but it's 200g of protein. My record is 450g of protein in 24h and it was really hard hahaha

Because I think for some people it's useful if they like., I used it so much along 2 years, now I don't use it, but I respect if some people like. My way is not THE WAY...
