oh i gave it a "break" for about 6 months. i just started working out again 3 weeks ago (just finished squats actually) and it's bad. it squeaks all the way down, cracks, then squeaks on the way up.
isn't glucosamine expensive as shit, or does bb.com have some 4,000 gram jug for 21.99?
