If Lee Haney wasn't around from 1983-1989, would you liked to have seen step up to the plate and dominate the 80's?

Mike made a sort of comeback in 1996. He looked great.

As for his legs, well, he was competing at a time where huge leg development still hadn't caught on.

Mike was had a GREAT upper body. He was 6'1" and competed at 245-250 pounds. His arms were 21-22".

As for MY choice, I would say HANDS DOWN: Matt Mendenhall. He should have been a champion many times over.
