You're missing protein postworkout, and the second gatorade is entirely superfluous.  Other than that, your diet is just as boring and hackneyed as every other bodybuilder's diet on the planet.  Congratulations.

boring? Diets can be boring? I dont understand how food can be exciting or boring. Are you talking about taste? My goal is to just cut some fat and get in overall better shape.

Maybe not very hard diet to cut... I think it will be too slow, too much calories. I would take 2 eggs no more. About butter, I would change it for nuts and olives, (20 and 50g will be enough for good balanced EFA). Post workout, 1 gatored and protein. Protein shakes, always 1 scoop (30g) no more.
Iogurt 0% fat. Maybe you could breakfast only protein and one grapefruit.
What do u think?

I should clarify a little real quick. My gym is a 30 minute drive away, so by post workout I mean I drink the gatorade on the drive home. Then i get home and shower, then after I shower I eat meal #3. So its gatorade immediately post workout, then about an hour later meal #3. It's 6:00 PM and i'm late for a date, so I'll respond more later tonight or tomorrow. Thanks for any and all responses, seriously.

If your goal is to cut fat, go keto.

By boring, I meant that it's exactly like every other "bodybuilder's" diet on Earth.  There's nothing Earth shattering, controversial, or even vaguely unconventional. As such, it seemed odd that you'd ask for people's opinions.

I'd like to reiterate, however, that if your goal is to cut fat, keto runs are the fastest and esiest ways to do so.

theres no reason to believe, and no proof, that a zero carb diet is any faster fat loss than any other diet with equal protein and calories.

Except for all of that evidence dating back to the turn of the 20th centurry.  But you're right- other than that, there's no evidence whatsoever.

theres no evidence because the idea is false. and you wont be able to find any evidence because false things are impossible to provide evidence for.

calories in vs. calories out = amount of weight loss.

low carb or low fat.... doesnt matter as long as calories are equal going in and calories are equal going out... then same amount of weight loss.

now, which one burns fat more than muscle? that mostly is dependent on protein intake. however there could be a slight variance between the two diets even with equal protein intake. but a person with a good understanding of biochemistry would say the difference would be insignificant....but it would be in favor of a low fat diet.

low calories (so losing bf) will be "nicer" to the liver with some carbs and just EFA, liver works much easier with them, and if u take more fat, your liver have to burn both, fat from food and fat from body... So often, than crazy wish of sweet things is more a "crying liver". About protein there is no questions, "Protein" means in greek (origin of the word) "of maximum importance", so...
