Here an interesting link to a video about hypoxic training. Apparently, explosive strength athletesinlcuding sprinter Dwain Chambers are now using this novel training technique. I read another article that said IHT takes about an hour per day for two weeks and then shorter toping off periods of training every couple of weeks.
