Troy Alves guest posed tonight in Denver, Colorado. He plans to compete in Atlantic City and then on to the Olympia. Looks good in his current off-season.

this right here is one great bodybuilder! 10 years back with his development now hed be top 6 o on regular basis if not top 4 ,,my favorite bodybuilder now days beside myself :D

with all due respect I don't see an in form Troy Alves beating the likes of Chris Cormier, Ronnie Coleman, Kevin Levrone, Shawn Ray Paul Dillet hell even JPF who had their respective places in those spots ten years back... as you well know the 90s where a tough period of competition...

all that aside Troy has a fantastic physique...

no,,what i meant was that 10 years back in age with the develkopment now hed be top 6 o ,,not competing in 90s ,,10 years younger with this development it is top 6 o physiqe

Looks phenomenal as always. One of the only great bodybuilders still kickin' it without a humongous set of mutant organs in his stomach. If only he could squeeze the last smidgen of water out of his glutes and hams he would get the respect he deserves.

gh15, you're looking great these days too. Glad to see the midsection looking more trim. Uncrowned x10000 times Parking Lot Mr. Olympia :)

Troy Alves will be in the 2009 Olympia, coming off his first pro win a few weeks back...   With Chris Aceto now advising him, it looks like Troy Alves will probably surprise some at the Olympia... or will he...
