I think this one was actually less interesting than the typical 4 hour ones. Watching Ronnie eat his disgusting grits, cheese powder, and egg white breakfast is probably the highlight of all bodybuilding dvd's.

If it is a clip promoting the new DVD, it should be kept up there, but if it is a Youtube video takings parts of the DVD, why should it be kept there?

As for Vegas, he is doing quite well. Obviously, everyone's houses have gone down in value, but if you want to sell right now, you may be screwed. Keep it for a while, and enjoy the tax writeoffs.
