or at least stay near comp weight. game over so he dont need all the size anymore. i never did a show but in my 20s i'd run around 240 or so. now... in my 30s im a nice 215. slim up as time goes by.

I'm going the other way.. permabulking until retirement then and only then lean out and do a "show" for other older men who like speedos and oiled bodies.

so like those fat guys who MUST wear cutoffs and or tank tops to show everyone they arent AS fat as they look in a reg shirt
