He has Jimmy Snuka like elbows (WAY TOO LONG).. That's a common side effect of HGH.

No doubt. Rumor is he trained the way he did with a 7mm disk protrusion for 7-8years.

Ron probably feels much better nowadays; he's been in deep pain since 2006...

I'm surprised Ronnie did not get atrophy in his leg from nerve damage; the disk operation seems too low for being the "root" of his supposedly "lat nerve impingement", ought be posture related then, looks evenend out now.

Low back pain often cause biomechanical imbalance; which could be the cause of his triceps; nerve root pinched on C7-C8... kinda like an induced scoliosis.

Ron does what he loves and still huge as a house at 46yo. I see no shame.

It wasn't 20yrs ago and it wasn't squats; it was in 1996 and it was postural; not an "injury".

from a 1998 interview "i suffer a serious back injury 16 years ago and still seing a chiropractor since..."
