Competition Points, Deductions and being awarded 1st place.

Gynocomastia  - this should be many points deducted, never a 1st place awarded.
All competitors should be placed higher that don't have it visible, those who do, slot drop.

Strange mid section- Abs should be lean, tight, even and like bricks or squares 6-8 visible.
Deduct points when this is not in check with others on stage. Pregnant belly syndrome.

Boils, Pimples, and other skin problems- horrible, ugly and flat gross. Damn Take a shower with soap.
Deduct more points for being a big dirty pill popper.....do not award 1st place.

Visible Lumps from Synthol or other- see above.

Torn bodyparts- These are visible when analyzing the complete look. Judge correctly take away points.
Again take away points for all torn muscles don't award a torn bodypart with a first place trophy.

Uneven bodyparts- take away points when one side is not the same size as the other.

Puffy, Bloated, Watery- deduct alot of points, period. Lean, Shredded, Ripped, Hard, Dry, Cut....all good.

Implants- Very hard to prove...deduct points and have proof, no 1st place trophy.  Pec implant???

Being judged honestly at the time of prejudging and not giving special points to the current incumbent from the previous year........This is flat out sick, its like the incumbent already has a 25% lead going in.

This leaves symmetry, muscularity, posing, and the weight to height factors to include for points after deducting the above.

Didn't include tattoos, hair loss, an ugly ass face or bad mouthing the judges or IFBB media... those are non-factors. Very Large Tatts should be considered if it covers a muscle and its not visible to judge.

Striated triceps, chest, lower lats, outer thighs, hamstrings, obliques... all deserve more points.

If you look at this list and judge your favorite BB, you may want to reconsider he is the best ever.

What if it is pubescent gyno? Why should someone be marked down for their genetics? Should we start marking people down for being ugly as well? Would you like to see this moved more towards a beauty emphasis? Should the judges be allowed to masturbate at the judging table or do that have to do that between the morning and night show?

Pro BB don't have adolesent Gyno from going thru puberty, they are fully grown men all on synthetic injectables.

1. They either take too much gear and don't take the anti-estrogens.

2. Decided to skip surgery due to a visible surgery scar and 4k.

3.They enjoy getting photos with there man boobs exposed.


If you naturally have Gyno drugs won't fix it, period. Surgery is the best option with a qualified Dr. to minimize any scar, under the arm pit is the best place to be cut. Save up 4 Grand.

I have had gyno since i was 13.... i don't understand what you are getting at... So i should be barred from first place of any competition because i got gyno when i turned 13? Should we ban all people who are under 5'11 from winning shows then too?

x2, i have had gyno(or puffy nips,whatever) since around 14...no way im letting some doc cut around my nipple and shit(or paying 4 thousand dollars).  but when they get cold there is zero puffyness or anything. theres no real breast tissue or fat i think, it's weird

Go to a reputable Dermatologist (skin specialist). Make sure he gives you the correct ointment and additional free samples of the newest products out on the first visit. Schister Dr.'s will have you come back every month to pay for follow up visits on a step-like program. one visit about $55.00-$85.00

im not that concerned about it, im not going to spend 3k on plastic surgery to fix some mild gyno, unless i was rich. id rather save that money for something worthwhile, thanks for the advice though

I don't blame u for not wanting to spend the money, if it doesn't bother you then don't worry about it.
