I showed up in the best condition ever.  My trainer did an excellent job in putting together my meal and diet plan and the hard work paid off.  Needless to say, it was a very difficult show and I did not make the top 5 as I had to go up against some hardcore veterans of the sport because it was a pro qualifier but I still held my own.

Overall, very good show and I spoke with the judges and will make the neccesary improvements to compete on that level.

Maybe he will now begin the leg training, as the judges suggested.

Holy SHIT!  You're actually holding your own up there.  Just need to build some bicep peaks and thicken the legs.

So when are you getting your BLUE Stars?

I already KNOW I'm a competitor.  I don't need any blue stars on my thread count.

I do wish people stop judging the quality of the competitors by a shitty video took at the event.  These pictures a little better detail but once the official pictures come out, most will see just how difficult this show was and how good the competitors really were.

I have never been up against that level of competition before but now that I have, I can work from there.  I also for the first time actually spoke with the judges afterwards and while they pulled no punches, they were pretty straightforward and actually gave me some REAL information for next time.

Right now, I'm going to rest up and enjoy life a bit and then I'll get back to doing what a love most...pushing that good old iron

Problably because he would be bothered by annoying trolls like you.  He's a veteran of the sport and has won a number of bodybuilding shows.  He's a local person where I live so I can keep in touch with him very easily.

Dorian=genetics+gear+hard work

No, the most decisive factor for success in bbing is genetics. Everything else you have to do anyway, whether you have good genetics of not. Hard work is a given but won't compensate for poor genetics.
