vince definitely looks the best he has there

vince, if you had it to do over again would you have dieted down a  little more and competed as a middleweight?

If you could just make that attitude adjustment towards obliviousness the way vince does, you'd be set. ;)

At this rate of improvement I expect vince to peak around age 79.

Conditioning was a factor but the judges told me that I was a little too soft in the front and another one told me I looked a little worn down.  Nothing was mentioned about my legs but I know that they were way down from where they were before.

As far as a middleweight is concerned, I'm 5'11 so it wouldn't be a good idea

Are there some decent gyms in Waynesville/Sylva now?  I grew up in Franklin and there wasn't much up that way back then.

What "supps" and supps did you use?  Was this a drug tested show?

Nah, that's why I put together my gym at home.  Its much better and I can focus more on getting the job done and save money on membership fees.

Yes it was a drug tested show.  Minimum 7 years drug free with a polygraph and urine test taken.

I used ALR's Chained Out, WTF Pumped, and Jungle Warfare.  I also used Genesis Liver and Amino Acid Tablets along with my meals.  I was taking Hyperdrive but I switched to Drenalin Hardcore and NOW's 7 Keto DHEA along with a subligual B-12 complex.

I used 1500mg of Dandelion Root a day and drunk some strong black coffee to cut the water retention.

2 hours a day for the last 2 weeks up to the show.

However right before we got onstage, the promoter told us all that we could not flare our lats and our legs had to be together for the front relaxed and side relaxed positions so it really threw all of us off.  That's why some of the positions look a bit lazy.  Couldn't be helped because otherwise the judges would have counted off for it..... :P

Damn 2 hours a day huh?

No one is gonna accuse of not busting your ass leading up to the competition, but I guess you got to put in alot of time to make the presentation look as good as possible.

Some people think I need to work on my posing but they didn't see my night routine.

Well, gotta go with what the judges say...can't change that.  Most people don't see what goes on backstage and that was just one of the things there.  There was also some film crew from MTV's Made that showed up.  Some goofy kid was competing in the teen division.  Believe me, it wasn't pretty.

Nah, I was sitting the back munching on some bagels and jam getting my carbs in when they ran up on me.  I just smiled and threw a front double bicep with the bagel in my mouth.

They were running around everywhere getting film and video.  A couple of dudes however told them to buzz off.  Funny shit.... ;D

Maybe he will now begin the leg training, as the judges suggested.

lol...he was actually waiting for the "judges" to start working legs...
